Rough sex. It’s the kind of sex where by the end of it, you’re both a bit battered and let’s face it, fucked up. But man did it feel good! And even though you might have trouble sitting down or walking for a few days you don’t care as you’ll be remembering each and every scratch, scream and bump that fucked you both up so spectacularly.
We all like a bit of rough sex now and then, or all the time. If you don’t do it that often, then the chances are you don’t mind walking around with a pained grin on your face for a few days. However if you like having painful rough sex more often, then pay attention as there are some ways that can limit the damage to your body without sacrificing the sex.
Set The Ground Rules
Before you fuck each other half to death, set out a few simple ground rules to prevent serious injury from being incurred. If you’re feeling a bit bruised or sore in certain areas, tell your partner to avoid placing undue pressure or attention on them. You can still have rough sex, but you can at least limit the physical damage for when you actually need to leave the bedroom and go to work.
So set the ground rules before you fuck.
Listen and Listen…and Listen some more!
Once you get to know a fuck buddy or partner, you will get to know the sounds they make during sex. You’ll be able to tell the nuances between pleasure and pain. So pay attention and listen up! If someone starts to feel really uncomfortable you should be able to pick up on it before they have to tell you. Being a good listener during rough sex will again prevent any long term injury and limit the damage you do to each other.
Dominate and Submit
Communication with a partner or fuck buddy is actually quite key during rough sex. The body language will say it all and you should be in a position to understand someone’s body language after you’ve fucked a few times. If you’re finding the rough sex too painful, then try moving yourself into a dominant position. Indicate to your partner straight away that you’re taking control and make them submit. You can always reverse this later on when you feel more comfortable.
Rough Sex ISN’T always Kinky Sex
People make a mistake by naturally associating rough sex with kinky sex; it’s not. They are 2 separate things and you need to know before someone gets hurt. Whips and chains need not figure in rough sex. Rough sex doesn’t require preparation; kinky sex does. So don’t make the mistake of preparing for rough sex – you’re more likely to be in hospital if you do.
Communicate and be safe
Rough sex is great fun, but you have to be fully aware of your fuck buddy or partner’s body language and sounds. Once you’ve got this down, you can fuck each other’s brains out as hard as you like without the risk of serious injury.
Happy fucking!
